Schuylkill County Man Faces Federal Meth Trafficking Charges Federal prosecutors have accused a Schuylkill Haven resident of selling methamphetamine.  John Kyle Smith, 40, is charged with possession with intent to distribute, said the US Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
