Southborough Police Charge Framingham Man With OUI

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. — The Southborough Police Department has released its log for Friday, Oct. 19, through Sunday, Oct. 21. Police charged Neulismar Barroso of Framingham on Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.

Police also responded at 1:06 a.m. Sunday to reports of a loud party on Southville Road.
