SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. — Two new committees are looking for Southborough residents to serve on their boards.
The new Southborough Cable Access Committee, which the Board of Selectmen approved in December, is seeking five to seven residents interested in serving on the Board of Directors. The board will oversee all the operations involved in producing local programs.
Prospective candidates can contact Warren Palley, chairman of the Cable Advisory Committee, at warren@palleyad.com.
Selectmen also recently approved a Southborough Trails Committee, which is seeking five members to maintain existing trails and create new ones. The committee will also participate in the creation of a regional trail network.
Those who are interested can complete a volunteer form and submit it to the selectmen's office. Any questions can be directed to Conservation Administrator Beth Rosenblum at 508-485-0710, Ext. 3024, or at brosenblum@southboroughma.com.
