SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. — The Southborough Food Pantry is reporting through its Facebook page that it urgently needs donations.
The food pantry is seeking donations of the following items:
- Beef soups
- Bottled juice
- Cake or brownie mixes
- Cereal
- Chicken soup (not chicken noodle)
- Chowders
- Coffee
- Cookies
- Crackers
- Instant oatmeal
- Large juice bottles
- Mac and cheese
- Near East Original Rice Pilaf
- Parmalat 1 Percent Milk
- Tea bags
- Dish detergent
- Laundry detergent
- Plastic wrap
- Aluminum foil
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Plastic bags
The food pantry is located at the Pilgrim Congregational Church at 15 Common St. It's open Tuesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. and Fridays from 10 to 11 a.m. Donations can be taken directly to the pantry or to the following sponsoring churches: St. Anne Church at 20 Boston Road, St. Mark’s Church at 27 Main St. or St. Matthew Church at 105 Southville Road.
