SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. — Save the sleighs for snowy days. With weather this fine, even Santa Claus can't help traveling in style.
Santa and a few of his elves helicoptered into St. Mark's Field in Southborough on Saturday, much to the delight of the children who swarmed the jolly fellow almost as soon as he touched the ground.
Soon after landing, Santa headed over to the Southborough Community House to take pictures with the kids, who lined up to sit on his lap.
The event—an annual tradition in town—was sponsored by the Southborough Kindergroup.
