SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. — If you're looking for a way to make the most of the snowstorm expected to hit Friday, look no farther than the Beals Preserve in Southborough.
The snowshoe clinic originally planned for Jan. 26 has been rescheduled to Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Beals Preserve. Sponsored by the Southborough Open Land Foundation and Eastern Mountain Sports, the clinic will provide instruction to beginner and veteran snowshoers alike.
The clinic will begin at 10 a.m. at the Red Gate Lane cul-de-sac and will continue until noon.
To register, email info@solf.org. Indicate whether you will provide your own snowshoes or need snowshoes. The clinic costs $5 per person.
